| 05/12/2002 | Nicky Brett has been selected for an England Indoor Trial which will be held at Thornaby B.C. on Saturday January 4th 2003. His rink in the trial will be Nick Cammack (Nottingham), Neil McKee (Kingsthorpe), Nicky and Paul Broderick (Wellingborough). Other local bowlers in the trial are Nicky's teammates, Greg Harlow and Mark Smith (Ely). |

| 17/11/2002 | Yesterday, the Cambs Liberty Trophy team played Cumbria at Doncaster in the 2nd Round. Although Nicky Brett's rink, containing Matt Marsden and Jamie Reynolds, and Greg Harlow's rink won, the team lost 90-138. Brian Brett and Simon Leader also played. |
